• Contribute market assessment and livelihoods questions to the poverty and social assessment questionnaire and FGD questionnaires to be performed by consulting firm and identify the most relevant groups to be targeted for FGDs. Provide guidance to the firm on data required to prepare the following output.
• Prepare a localized market assessment report with analysis of relevant local market systems, including market infrastructure, policy landscape, access and participation, mapping of relevant market actors, and potentials for convergence with pre-existing and relevant government programs.
